: We are seeking a seasoned Treasury and Investment Manager to oversee our company\'s treasury operations and investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring the effective deployment of capital. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions to make informed investment decisions.
- Oversee the company\'s investment portfolio, including real estate investments, securities, and other assets.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align investment strategies with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on treasury and investment activities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investment partners.
- Supervise and mentor junior treasury staff, fostering their professional development.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in treasury management, investment analysis, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial transactions and optimize investment returns.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and investment management tools.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
