skilled and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant - International Flights

to join our

Dubai branch

.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

international air ticketing, fare searches, and client support

, along with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage customer inquiriesexclusively for international flight bookingsvia phone, email, and chat.

Provide best airfare options, routing advice, and fare comparisons to clients.

Handle ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, date changes, and cancellations efficiently.

Drive

sales through inbound & outbound calls

and online leads.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and airline partners.

Achieve monthly

sales targets

and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience

in

international flight sales or ticketing

.

Hands-on experience with

GDS systems

(Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).

Strong

communication, sales, and client-handling

skills.

Must currently be

based in the UAE

with a

valid visa.



Language Skills:

Must be able to

communicate fluently in Philipino and English

to serve key client markets.

Arabic proficiency

will be considered an advantage.

(Note: Language proficiency is required solely to serve business and client communication needs.)
