Handle inquiries and sell a wide range of travel products (holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, etc.)
Build tailor-made itineraries based on client needs and budgets
Proactively follow up with leads and close sales
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners
Stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and industry news
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate bookings, issue tickets, and handle amendments/cancellations when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of travel sales experience in the UAE
Fluent in Arabic
, with
good English communication skills
Strong knowledge of holiday destinations, airlines, and travel products
Experience with Saber prefered
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment
Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and closing skills
Passion for travel and commitment to delivering outstanding service
