Our client a distributor is current recruiting for a Travel Retail Sales Executive to be based in Dubai.
Profile:
At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales / FMCG
Dynamic \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude passion and high levels of initiative together with a keen sense of desire to see results of initiatives.
Ability to communicate with clarity and persuasion, empathy, and respect with high energy levels.
Evidence of passion and achievements.
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment building strong multi-level relationships.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
Strong in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (spoken / written / writing)
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Shop visits to UAE Travel Retail shops on a regular basis as per the required visit schedule ensuring the following:
o Correct merchandising as per the brand guidelines & planograms o Correct visuals as per the current brand focus o Sufficient stocks of point of sale material (including GWP\xe2\x80\x99s, Testers, shelf talkers, etc.) o POSM requirements activated (inc. GWP\'s, shelf testers, promotional requirements) o Visible communication of GWP and promotional offers o Identification of new space opportunities o Identification of new brand and new reference opportunities o Ensuring premium presentation for the brands at store level o Maintaining a detailed floor plan file by account including the company and competitor brands o Maintaining up to date photographs for each client / shop o Ensuring prices are correct and price increases are activated at store level on time and in full.
