*Handling independently, reservation queries online & offline.
*Experience with OTA Hotel bookings.
*Handling other travel-affiliated products like Limo pick up / drop off, car hire, excursions...etc
*Ensuring timely reporting of documents.
*Handle unforeseen problems & complaints with courtesy & understanding
Qualification:
*02 to 05 years experience in inbound / outbound Hotel bookings as a Travel Agent.
*Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
