Job Description

The Role
  • Knowledgeable of all the aspects of the excursions program with relation to the tours sold on board. \xe2\x80\xa2 The overall responsibility is the day operation of the Sales program. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sell tours to guests, generating revenue for the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide information to guests on tours available to promote tour sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist guests with questions relating to excursions and offer assistance with any special requests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that the monthly sales target has been achieved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sending by daily basis sales report \xe2\x80\xa2 Entering all the bookings made at the same time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Following up with the finance department regarding the cash payment. In this job you would need to have a pleasant and friendly manner, and a good general knowledge of our product and services.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer services roles in the Destination Management / Travel and Tourism Industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good product knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have excellent selling and promotional skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling the overall operation of the sales programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to thrive in a team environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customer and company needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must have tri-lingual (English/Russian/German language) or (English/Spanish /Czech) + any other Language. \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving License holder is an advantage
