Key Responsibilities:
Handle
visa applications
for various countries (tourist, business, visit, etc.)
Assist clients with document preparation, appointment bookings, and application submissions
Stay updated on
visa rules, embassy requirements, and processing timelines
Advise customers on travel documentation, insurance, and related services
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and authorized visa centers
Maintain accurate records of applications and client files
Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For:
Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
in visa processing or travel documentation in the UAE
Fluent in Arabic
, with strong verbal and written
English skills
Knowledge of visa requirements for
Schengen, UK, US, GCC, and Asia
preferred
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive documents
Team player with a client-focused mindset
