- Evaluate visa requirements, guide clients on necessary documents and procedures, submit applications promptly, and stay informed about visa regulations for accurate client advice.
- Help clients book flights aligning with preferences and budgets, offer flight details including schedules and routes, confirm reservations efficiently, and manage ticket changes or cancellations when needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service, nurture client relationships with tailored travel solutions, and uphold a professional, friendly demeanor when addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain precise records of visa applications and bookings
- Ensure secure handling and storage of client information and documents.
