Responsible for handling inbound calls from customers & clients regarding ticketing.
Responsible to issue tickets within the given period.
Attending to client queries through emails and phone calls.
Ensure that approval from the Accounts / Sales Department has been taken, before the Issuance & Reissuance of international tickets.
Completion of transactions to be accurate and with no negative financial impact on clients or Airlines.
Enter data into software (GDS - Galileo / Amadeus), ERP & Mid Office.
Processing tickets by speaking with suppliers/ Airlines and Issuance of Non-BSP carrier tickets directly from airlines and their GSA (general sales agent ).
Airline liaisons about any schedule change and any escalation with booking.
Responsible for maximizing the company\'s profit by using the most appropriate and profitable deal.
Responsible for attending to all billing discrepancies for Mirror IDs in coordination with airlines.
Ensuring the client has advised appropriate reissue fees & any date change.
Coordinate with \xe2\x80\x98Inter-branch\xe2\x80\x99 for ticket issuance and re-issuance.
Coordinate with the Accounts department, and GDS offices to ensure quick resolution for the customer & Agents.
Preparation of MIS, Weekly/Monthly reports & maintenance of all official records.
Maintaining Daily Ticketing Report and Revenue Report.
Ensure the latest updated policies regarding PLB, deals, procedures, and desk Instructions are read & complied with.
Responsible for assisting with any other office functions if required. Roles and Responsibilities
