Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with travel bookings including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
Provide basic travel advice and support under the guidance of senior consultants.
Handle documentation, visa guidance, and itinerary coordination.
Maintain customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
Support the sales and operations team with daily travel tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in India
or
freshers with an
IATA certificate
.
Preferred
male candidate from Kerala
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
Must be willing to relocate to
Sharjah - Sajjah
.
