Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused
Travel Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless booking process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel products and services.
Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and car rentals.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Stay informed about current travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols.
Promote travel packages and upsell additional products such as travel insurance, excursions, or upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
Handle changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies efficiently and professionally.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
