Gulf GTV LLC has entered the world or travels which specializing in providing exceptional travel experiences to clients across the world. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry and possess comprehensive knowledge of various travel destinations, booking systems, and customer service practices. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and providing personalized travel solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and activities.
• Proactively communicate with clients to understand their changing travel needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

Travel Planning and Booking:

• Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on their preferences, budget, and time constraints.
• Utilize booking systems and online platforms to research, compare, and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, including visa requirements, travel advisories, and safety guidelines, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Promote and sell various travel packages, including vacation packages, cruises, and group tours, to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional travel services and products to clients, maximizing their travel experience and the company\'s revenue.

Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel booking process, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Handle and resolve any travel-related problems or complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the company\'s reputation.

Documentation and Administration:

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required travel documentation, such as tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and invoices.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using appropriate systems and software.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the travel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using booking systems, online travel platforms, and reservation software.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client bookings simultaneously.
• Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
