We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented and sales-driven travel and tourism career enthusiasts to join our latest office, located in the

Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah

, UAE. The ideal contenders shall be the face of the brand and the organization, operating from a modern, lavish and cozy office overlooking the Mina Al Arab Lagoon Marina, serving customers and delivering service excellence, with a genuine display of warmth, exuberance and positive energy, so that they reflect the brand well and all that the brand stands for.

The primary responsibility of this role is to convert all customer inquiries that come via a multitude of lead funnels such as social media, website, hotline, walk-ins and referrals into sales. The ideal candidate should mandatorily have a

proven track record in front-line, actively providing customer service and converting leads into sales within the travel and tourism industry in the UAE

, supported by exceptional communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Mandatory Requirements to be a Successful Candidate:



Should be currently in the UAE. Should be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah at own cost (no relocation package provided) prior to commencement of labour contract. Should a native Arabic Speaker. Should be aged less than 30 Years. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector within the UAE. Should be agreeable for compensation package; which is basic salary capped at AED 5,500 as Fixed Pay and 10% of Gross Profit from sales as commission.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth

: Proactively follow up on the funnel of sales inquiries via social media, web, phone, and walk-ins, with a strong focus on converting leads into confirmed outbound holiday bookings to drive revenue.

Exceptional Customer Service

: Deliver prompt, professional, and personalized service to all potential and existing clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints -- in person, online, and over the phone.

Client Relationship Management

: Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences and delivering memorable experiences, fostering repeat business and long-term loyalty.

Product & Market Knowledge

: Stay well-informed of global travel trends, seasonal promotions, airline routes, and destination-specific requirements to confidently advise clients and upsell relevant outbound holiday packages.

Partnership Coordination

: Liaise with visa service providers, hotels, ground transport operators, and other B2B travel partners to curate competitive, well-rounded travel offerings tailored for the outbound UAE market.

Lead Tracking & Sales Reporting

: Maintain organized records of client interactions, inquiries, bookings, and conversion rates using CRM tools or internal systems to support performance tracking and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:



Experience:

minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector within the UAE is mandatory.

Language Skills:

mandorily required to be a native Arabic speaker.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or professional equivalent).

Skills:

strong communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities to maximize lead conversions.

Personality:

outgoing, pleasant, and service-oriented with a passion for delivering service excellence that's mandatory in the travel and tourism industry.

Commitment:

a genuine interest in building a long-term career in the tourism sector and growing with our company.

Willingness:

it is mandatorily required to travel within and out of the Emirate where needed, in order to meet with clients and partners.

Work Hours:

ability to work on shift basis, covering on rotation basis where three shifts runs from; , and . It is a , including Saturdays and Sundays, with a for every week on a chosen day of thr week.

Work-mode: t

his is a full-time, on-site, office-based work but in rare occasions, it may be required to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners. Transport expenses shall be covered in such cases.

Base Location:

it is mandatory for the selected candidates to be relocated to/based in Ras Al Khaimah, no relocation package provided.

What We Offer:



Competitive fixed salary capped at

AED 5,500.00 per month
