Travel Consultant position/Client Relationship Executive.
To sell UAE Tour & Staycation packages to online clients and book travel arrangements for individuals, groups, and business travels.
Customize the tour packages and offer advice and opinion on where to go and tourist attractions.
Dealing with customer inquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
- Coordinating with internal operations to ensure the delivery to clients.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints.
- Handling agents' travel requests.
- Providing tours consultancy with detailed destination knowledge.
- Processing reservations and booking confirmations to agents and affiliate offices
- Negotiating with suppliers and hotels.
EXPERIENCE
2 years proven working experience in tourism industry for inbound tours and customer service
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Well experienced in various areas of Tours & Travel (domestic, business/holidays, group/individual etc.)
Fluent in English
Passionate about delivering excellence, detailed, customer-focused and results-oriented

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
