We are looking for a young, energetic and dynamic Travel Consultant,Holiday Specialist for our Dubai Operations. To promote Sales of Travel Tourism, Holiday Packages, and related lines of business. Garnet Tourism LLC is a fast-growing Travel & Tourism company, established in Dubai in 2019 by industry professionals having extensive experience in the provision of Travel services within the Middles East and around the Globe. Being a local travel company in UAE, Garnet Tourism possesses the necessary expertise to advise you where to go and what to do both within the UAE and to a large variety of international destinations. Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients' inquiries and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their needs.
• Regularly maintain a good relationship with our existing & new clients.
• Provide end to end service while organising a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels, and creating the itinerary.
• Regularly update CRM database containing client details and their travel information.
• Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.

Requirements:

• You are currently located in UAE
• Career minded and ambitious with ability to work independently.
• Excellent command over verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
• Should speak Tagalog language

• Experience:

• Prior experience as a Travel Agent in UAE is a MUST.
• Outbound Travel Consultant: 1 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
