Responsibilities
Managing ticketing on CRS - Galileo and Tour packages
Suggest Tour Plans and finalize the Itineraries. Check the Routings, Fares and provide the best connections
Responsible for flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, car rentals, train tickets, cruises, resorts, tour packages, restaurants, and excursions
Plan itinerary, booked flights, holidays etc. used travel systems and online sites, travel insurance, air charter booking, manage day to day visa operation and visa application processing, advise customers of appropriate restrictions, terms and conditions of travel services and immigration law
Provide end to end touring solutions across national & international destinations
Interface with the clients to ensure fulfillment of their Passport requirements and provide them with the best possible solution
Relationship management with the existing customers and addressed their queries and issues promptly
Consult the clients for their Visas by providing information and coordinate the procedure with embassies.
Handle proactive customer relations. Plan and execute the operations to ensure quality service, Manage and monitor guest requests, complains and feedbacks
