We\'re looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our company and help it grow international. We specialize in airline tickets discounted flights on Business Class and First Class, Hotel & resorts, tours, bikers\xe2\x80\x99 trips, visa & Tickets for Matches and global events You will be able to work in site and remotely from anywhere in the world as long as you maintain your work hours and achieve your tasks. There are days where the work load will require additional hours. Your responsibilities shall entail the below Receive travel requests and contacts clients to determine travel needs, budgets, preferences. Conduct thorough research to find the most suitable flights & hotel and advise the client for great options Experience in visa process and e visa worldwide Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Minimum 2 years of experience in travel & tourism role Proven work experience as a Travel Agent & Sales Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems Research skills to identify the best flights and hotels Strong selling & interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills - English & Arabic. Ability to learn quickly and understand the different programs with which we operate Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Husband visa or Father visa must have Driving licence with car Drafting monthly sales report and quarterly reports Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month Ability to Commute:
