We are looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Sales Manager to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, knowledge of the travel industry, and the ability to develop new business opportunities, especially in the South American market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
*
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
*
Build strong relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and key customers.
*
Bring new business opportunities and clients from South America, expanding the agency's regional network.
*
Promote travel packages, services, and customized travel solutions to clients.
*
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve sales performance.
*
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations for management.
*
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to generate leads.

Requirements
*
Must speak Spanish fluently (English is a plus).
*
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the travel agency or tourism industry.
*
Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales goals.
*
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
*
Experience working with international clients, especially South American markets, is highly preferred.
