Handle travel inquiries for flights, hotels, and holiday packages
Prepare quotations and itineraries for clients
Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations
Provide excellent customer service and support
Coordinate with suppliers and partners
Maintain client records and follow up on leads
Requirements:
Experience in travel agency or tourism field (preferred)
Knowledge of GDS/booking platforms is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good English skills (Arabic is a plus)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
