Efficient Tourism LLC is seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Travel Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, create customized travel itineraries, and provide exceptional service to ensure memorable travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide information on travel products and services
Create and sell customized travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, activities)
Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel itineraries
Advise clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination information
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of GDS/Amadeus/booking systems (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and sales skills
Ability to handle multiple client requests with accuracy and efficiency
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
