Job Description

Advise clients

on travel options, destinations, itineraries, and packages (flights, hotels, tours, transfers, visas, etc.)
?

Handle customer queries

, changes, and complaints efficiently
?

Prepare

customized travel

quotations

based on client requirements
?

Book

flights, accommodation, and transportation using

reservation systems and supplier platforms


?

Coordinate with suppliers

(hotels, airlines, tour operators) to confirm services and special requests
? Maintain

updated knowledge

of travel trends, visa requirements, and destinations
?

Meet sales targets

and support marketing efforts when required
?

Follow up

post-travel for feedback and reviews
