HolidayBest Gulf is seeking a highly experienced travel professional to deliver exceptional travel experiences to our valued clientele. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, crafting personalized itineraries, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HolidayBest Gulf clients, understanding their unique travel preferences and expectations.Travel Planning and Booking:
Develop and execute customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.Sales and Upselling:
Leverage your expertise to proactively promote HolidayBest Gulf's travel packages and additional services, exceeding sales targets.Product Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of HolidayBest Gulf's product offerings, destinations, and industry trends.Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.Administrative Tasks:
Efficiently manage travel bookings, documentation, and invoicing.Required Skills:
Proven track record in the travel industry Strong sales and customer service orientation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in travel booking systems and technology Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
