We are looking for a

Travel Consultant

Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant in travel tourism organization, hotel booking, visa application or related activities. Candidate must need well knowledge in GDS System (Galileo, Amadeus). Must having experience of dealing with clients for air tickets booking, hotel reservation, visa arrangement and related duties.

Centriz Corporate service providing various corporate services to our clients (Business setup service, financial service, Travel and tourism, etc...) candidate should be ready to work as corporate Business consultant and Admin

and Responsibilities: -

Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel) Candidate must have well knowledge in various areas of travel tourism, Business/Holiday packages and global Visa issuance. Respond in time to all inquiries received from our valued customers via e-mail, phone or social media platforms. Ensure accurate and timely updates for the queries and that all leads are tracked and followed up on. Offer quality service Offer best possible route/fare as per clients request for Air tickets and advise the fare rules & cancellation policy Assisting customers with modifications or cancellations of their existing reservations Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation/process. Keep yourself updated with any changes received from Airlines/ Suppliers etc.... and update customers when needed. Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares.
Qualification:

Travel Tourism Degree/IATA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
