We are committed to delivering outstanding travel experiences with professional service and expert knowledge.

We are currently looking for a female Travel Consultant to join our team and help us serve our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with domestic and international travel planning, including flights, hotels, transport, and complete holiday packages

Handle air ticketing (GDS/CRS), visa processing, and travel insurance arrangements

Customize travel itineraries according to client needs, preferences, and budgets

Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth travel operations

Provide up-to-date information on destinations, documentation, and travel advisories

Maintain records of client bookings, preferences, and travel history for personalized service

Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, or other CRS)

Experience with both inbound and outbound travel planning

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings efficiently

Proficiency in English (Hindi or other languages is a plus)

IATA certification is an advantage
