Handle domestic and international flight bookings (GDS/non-GDS).
Manage customer inquiries related to air travel via phone, email, or chat.
Offer best routing options and competitive airfare pricing.
Modify, reissue, or cancel tickets as per customer requests.
Handle group travel and corporate travel bookings.
Monitor travel itineraries, documentation, visa guidance, and related services.
Maintain relationships with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners.
Requirements:
Experience with global distribution systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
1-3 years of travel agency or air ticketing experience preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge of visa processes is a plus.
