Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs to Dubai, including providing information, booking tours, accommodations, activities, and creating customized itineraries. As the first point of contact for travelers, you will ensure that their experiences exceed expectations from the moment they inquire.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking their trips to Dubai, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and activities. Provide expert advice on Dubai's top attractions, cultural experiences, shopping destinations, dining options, and more. Create personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, needs, and budget. Ensure seamless execution of bookings, confirming reservations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring clients' expectations are met. Respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, and online chat, providing detailed and helpful information. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their travel goals and offering tailor-made solutions. Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, tour operators, transport providers, etc.) to secure the best rates and services for clients. Stay informed on the latest trends in travel, new developments in Dubai, and any changes in travel regulations or requirements. Offer up-sell opportunities, suggesting additional services or upgrades to enhance the travel experience. Handle complaints or issues proactively, ensuring clients are satisfied with their travel plans. Keep records of client interactions, bookings, and payments through the company's system. Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
Qualifications:

Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or related field. Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, ideally with a focus on inbound travel or Dubai-specific travel services. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's tourist attractions, culture, hotels, and activities. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using travel booking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Previous experience in a sales or target-driven environment is a plus. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings to accommodate the tour schedule.
