Job Description
IIQAF is now looking for an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. This role will involve working with clients to determine their requirements for travel arrangements, evaluating existing travel products and creating custom packages to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:

- Communicate directly with customers on their travel needs and provide customer service
- Provide recommendations on suitable destinations, deals and services
- Review and analyze destinations and packages to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Liaise with hotels/suppliers to ensure successful implementation of travel plans
- Source and negotiate pricing for flights, hotels, transport and other travel services
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Monitor travel industry news and developments in order to provide the best possible travel advice and options
- Previous experience in a travel consulting role
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply knowledge of travel best practices
- A passion for travel and customer service
- Highly organized and effective in multi-tasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
