Job Description
: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Travel Consultant with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of prior experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling flight inquiries and non-air product sales, offering top-notch customer service, and creating memorable travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Flight Enquiries: Handle flight inquiries and bookings, providing clients with various flight options, fare details, and travel itineraries. Non-Air Product Sales: Promote and sell a range of non-air travel products, such as accommodation, tours, and travel insurance, to enhance the overall travel experience. Client Consultation: Understand and assess clients\' travel preferences and requirements, offering tailored travel solutions to meet their needs. Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing support before, during, and after the trip. Local Availability: The candidate must be locally available in the UAE for immediate interviews. Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on flight inquiries and non-air product sales.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local and international travel destinations.
- Passion for travel and a commitment to creating exceptional travel experiences.
