Job Summary: Looking for a Travel Consultant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have several years of experience in this field
Must have strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, accommodations as well as transportation options
Must be familiar with travel industry regulations and best practices
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide personalized service.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
Must be proficient in using computer reservation systems (CRS), online travel booking platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused approach
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Flexibility to work irregular hours
