We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Travel Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of

GDS systems

(Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), and a flair for designing customized

holiday packages

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets Create customized travel itineraries and holiday packages including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and insurance Book and manage travel reservations using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) Issue, modify, and cancel air tickets through GDS Advise clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel documentation Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel Upsell additional travel products and services to enhance the client experience Maintain accurate client records, process payments, and manage travel documents Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and destination knowledge

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role Proficiency in at least one major

GDS system

(Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is

mandatory

Strong knowledge of global destinations and holiday planning Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales-oriented with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under pressure Knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation is a plus
