We are looking for a professional and customer-focused
Travel Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clients with travel information, options, and quotations.
Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel services.
Advise clients on travel requirements such as visas, passports, insurance, and health regulations.
Maintain excellent knowledge of travel products, destinations, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Handle travel issues, cancellations, or changes promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consultancy or a related field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
