Position Title: Travel and Visa Consultant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.
:
- Manage end-to-end visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for travelers and verify documents, guide applicants on visa requirements, and ensure timely submission to UAE immigration authorities.
- Maintain comprehensive records for all visa applications, track status updates, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise effectively with customers and government authorities, and external service providers; provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless visa experience for all stakeholders.
- Track visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations, and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to both staff and travelers.
