Travel Agent
Job Description
: 1) Provide excellent customer service & build rapport with clients. 2) Provide reliable, efficient, accurate & prompt travel counseling. 3) Confidently work on a GDS (Sabre preferred) to issue / re issue tickets based on new & changing travel plans 4) Understanding and communication of global travel restrictions/requirements. Requirements
Undergraduate Degree in Travel/Tourism/Marketing/Sales/Business, Familiarity with a GDS (Sabre preferred), Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Superior inter-personal & social skills, Attention to detail, Passion for the travel profession, Prior personal travel experiences are a plus, Multilingual abilities is a plus, Prior work experience in a similar role in a travel agency is preferred. UAE work experience is NOT mandatory. Willingness to live in Sharjah.
