The travel agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable travel experiences for the company clients, the primary objective will be to plan, organize and arrange travel itineraries based on clients\' preferences, ensuring their travel requirements are met and their expectations exceeded

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should have several years of proven work experience as a travel agent or in a similar role
Must have strong knowledge of various travel destinations, attractions as well as travel-related services
Should be familiar with booking systems, reservation software as well as relevant travel industry tools
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers as well as team members
Proficiency in using computer systems including MS Office and travel-related software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Must have a passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer services
Candidates in the UAE are preferred
