Job Summary: Looking for a Travel Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, as well as specific requirements
• Provide expert advice and suggestions on destinations, itineraries, accommodations, as well as travel options based on clients\' needs
• Offer detailed information about travel packages, travel insurance, visa requirements, and any other relevant travel-related information
• Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance as well as other travel services
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment or fees
• Make use of promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Handle occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
• Create customized travel itineraries and packages tailored to individual or group preferences
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all stages of the travel booking process
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using the travel agency\'s software and tools

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a travel agent or in a similar role
• Should have good knowledge of various travel destinations, travel products, as well as services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and suppliers
• Must be familiar with reservation and booking systems, travel agency software, as well as MS Office Suite
• Should have a strong passion for travel and a desire to provide unforgettable experiences to clients
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to create seamless travel arrangements
• Should have a sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
