Job Key Details:

As a travel agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, offering expert advice on destinations, arranging transportation as well as accommodations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for them

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have at least 2 or more years of experience working as a travel agent or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, attractions as well as industry trends
Strong proficiency in using computer reservation systems, travel agency software as well as online booking platforms
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
Must have a sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and travel partners
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of travel regulations, documentation requirements, and visa procedures
