Job Description
- Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in Travel Agency.
- Knowledgeable in Galileo/ Amadeus System
- Preferably living in Fahaheel, kuwait
- Any Nationality
- Checking and issuing Air Tickets by using GDS systems. Booking international and domestic air tickets by online portals and GDS
- Issuing air tickets for corporate clients by telecommunication and emails
- Collecting cash/KNET/credit card Payment from customer Arranging hotel reservation for guests.
- Replying for inquiries by phone and email
- Calling passengers prior departure to remind their travel date
- Answering consumer inquires for general information as well as package travel information.
- Al-Fu\xe1\xb8\xa5ay\xe1\xb8\xa5\xc4\xabl: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
