DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Transportation Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Supervise transport operations in the company
- Oversee the entire team delivering outbound shipments
- Assign delivery routes to drivers
- Carry out safety inspections and promote the importance of quality control and safety compliance among staff members
- Monitor performances of the drivers and ensure they comply with traffic regulations and safety protocol
- Review trip reports for accuracy and ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations \xe2\x80\x8b
- Generate reports for evaluation of fleet maintenance effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- The applicant must have a background in Logistics Management or any related course
- Previous experience in this field required
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills required
- Must be a good problem solver
