- Arrange outsourcing truck contracts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery plans
- Plan delivery routes.
- Dispatch drivers to complete deliveries.
- Arrange gate passes via JAFZA portal
- Record shipment details on the Company ERP.
- Review truck/driver logs.
- Respond to client feedback or complaints.
- Coordinate and oversee transportation operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles, drivers, and routes.
- Monitor and track vehicle movements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes.
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with transportation laws and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain transportation management systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Analyze transportation data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- 5 years prior experience as a transport coordinator in JAFZA or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
