To effectively and efficiently supervise the works of the Drivers, and Porters and make sure that the department is able to successively contribute towards the mission and vision of the Hospital
Responsibilities:

• Ensure statutory regulations and organizational policies and procedures are always adhered to.

• Take part in staff development programs, performance appraisal reviews and undertake further training if required.

• Always act in a manner consistent with legislation, policy and procedures in respect of Equality and Diversity

• Work to the values of the organization and display high standards of integrity and professionalism towards clients and colleagues.

• Develop and update own knowledge and skills within the job role and contribute to setting own work objectives.

• Undertake any other duties relevant to the post as may be assigned from time to time which are consistent with the post.

• Support HR for Ministry of Health License for the Medical staff by doing the liaison work

• Manage SALIK account for the Hospital vehicles and staff vehicles

• Assist HR to take staff to government departments for Medical.

• Provide support to the Insurance department for the collection of Forms and other credentials.

• Provide support to the marketing department for organizing events, road shows etc.as a part of Promotional activity.

• Providing Airport Pick up and drop for the staff as instructed by HR.

• Arranging vehicles for management and staff in accordance with the request.

• Supervise Valet Drivers, ensuring exceptional service is provided to patients.

Qualifications:
Graduate
