Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Transport In-Charge
with strongtechnical knowledge of vehicles
and proven ability inmaintaining vehicle service and compliance records
. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient fleet operations, timely maintenance, and full compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the company fleet (cars, vans, trucks, etc.) Maintain complete and up-to-date
vehicle service, maintenance, and repair records
Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure timely servicing of all vehicles Monitor vehicle performance and identify technical issues at an early stage Coordinate with garages, service providers, and spare parts suppliers Ensure validity of vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permits, testing) Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs Ensure drivers follow company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations Prepare periodic reports on fleet condition, servicing, and expensesTechnical Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of
automobile systems, engines, and diagnostics
Ability to identify mechanical faults and recommend corrective actions Experience in maintainingservice logs, maintenance schedules, and repair history
Knowledge of basic vehicle compliance and safety standardsQualifications & Experience
Diploma or certification in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (preferred) Minimum
3-5 years
experience as Transport In-Charge or Fleet Supervisor Valid driving license (preferred) Experience in fleet management software is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
