Overview:
Seeking a skilled Transport Coordinator to manage transportation operations, focusing on route planning, optimization, and VIP customer transport.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement efficient route plans, continuously optimizing them to reduce travel time and fuel consumption.
2. Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and drivers are effectively scheduled.
3. Manage driver rosters and fleet availability, coordinating VIP customer services with high standards.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, lead and train the driver team, and promptly address customer service issues. Analyze transportation reports to identify and implement improvements.
Requirements:
