Job Description

We are hiring a Transport Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily transportation operations for our client's manpower workforce. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth deployment, scheduling, and maintenance of company vehicles while coordinating effectively between drivers, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient workforce mobilization
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, and coordinate transportation schedules for manpower deployment
-Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of workers to project sites
-Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption
-Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, driver assignments, and route logs
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Administration, or related field
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transportation coordination, preferably within the manpower or facilities management industry in the UAE
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management tools
-Valid UAE driving license preferred
