Position Overview
This Transport and Bell Supervisor role supports guest arrival services, transportation coordination, and luggage operations for a luxury IHG-affiliated property in Dubai. The position ensures smooth daily logistics, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to brand service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Review daily arrivals and departures to plan upcoming operational needs
Ensure VIPs, special guests, and group arrivals are handled according to standards
Support and maintain the guest recognition program
Assist in scheduling, training, and guiding the Bell team
Handle guest comments and service recovery actions, logging and tracking resolutions
Act as first point of contact during emergencies, supporting guest evacuation and safety
Prepare and manage departmental reports and documentation
Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness
Ensure timely delivery and collection of guest luggage and requests following procedures
Maintain accurate records of luggage handling and guest service actions
Uphold service standards while meeting performance benchmarks and LQA expectations
Ideal Profile
Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel operations role
Hospitality diploma or degree preferred
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with POS, PMS, and CRM systems
Valid UAE driving license with clean driving record; ability to operate golf carts/buggies
Fluent English communication; additional languages preferred
Strong guest service mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced operations
