Job Description
We are seeking a KM-approved
Transmission and Distribution Protection Engineer
for support activities at substations.Key Responsibilities
Support BCU OEM engineers in updating the firmware of BCUs. Perform typical bay testing, including: Testing of BCU signals (hardware I/Os, CTVT measurements, synchro checks). Testing of signals from protection relays to SCS. Support SCS engineers in clearing punch points related to BCU/protection signals.
Requirements
Approved by KM for Transmission & Distribution protection works. Strong technical knowledge of BCU systems, protection relays, and bay-level testing Prior experience in substation testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Ability to work closely with OEM and SCS teams. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
