Job Responsibilities: -
- Act as a translator between doctors and patients (English to Arabic) or vice versa).
- Non- healthcare background can also apply. Company will provide detailed orientation on medical terms and other processes.
- Acts as a link between the physicians and patients.
- To visit patient to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. Also, prepare a daily report on the rounds carried and submits it to the Manager.
- Responding to the needs of patients in a timely manner, resolving issues and recommending ways to better care for patients to the hospital and keep files confidential.
- Co-ordinate with insurance, billing, admissions, and discharge departments.
- Records all customer feedbacks and updates the supervisor/manager.
- To know the number of patients, new admissions, night problems if any
- To update appointments, admission and discharge register.
- To meet patient and ensure proper services from all the departments
- To follow up pending investigations
- Perform all related duties as assigned by HOD/Reporting Manager.
