Translator / Interpreter
Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Translator/Interpreter with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic and be responsible for translating and interpreting a variety of materials, including military and scientific documents, correspondence, and spoken briefings. You'll need to ensure all translations are accurate, contextually correct, and maintain the original document's clarity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa, including licenses, certificates, and military texts.
Provide interpretation support for meetings and briefings as needed.
Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency.
Conduct research using specialized dictionaries, glossaries, and online resources to find the correct terminology.
Manage translation files and standardize terminology.
Meet deadlines and produce high-quality, clear translations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Translation.
2-5 years of experience in translation and interpretation.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Strong proofreading and editing skills.
Proficiency in computer and information management tools.
