About us: INOI is an international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years experience in mobile phone business. We have our own production in China (OEM) as well as a wide range of distribution channels in more than 30+ countries. All global electronic brands are in our portfolio. Now we are establishing our new office in Dubai, which is supposed to become our HQ, and are looking for Translator/Business Assistant to become a part of our dream team! The candidate should be based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Participate on the meetings/calls as translator.
- Understand the context and meaning the material.
- Convert the material into the second language while preserving the original meaning.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other colleagues to understand technical texts.
- Translate material accurately.
- Translate different documents, including literary, technical, scientific, legal, research, educational, and commercial materials.
- Hold miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, for example, conducting research, making summary of the meeting, etc.
- Go for business trips.
- Perfect command of target and source languages.
- Extensive knowledge of the culture and society of the country in which the source language is spoken.
- Knowledge of translation techniques.
- Communication skills.
- Precision and reliability.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Tact and diplomacy.
- A knowledge of standard software packages (MS Office) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Fluent/Native Chinese, fluent/native Russian, spoken English.
