Key Responsibilities by Function

Define and execute human-centered design strategies across digital and physical touchpoints
Lead service design, journey mapping, and experience blueprinting
Establish design standards, frameworks, and governance for consistency and quality
Product and Customer Journey
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
Translate customer and business needs into scalable digital products
Prioritize roadmaps based on value, feasibility, and impact
Program and Agile Delivery
Lead multi-stream transformation programs across business units
Coach teams on agile ways of working and facilitate ceremonies
Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
Data, AI and Analytics
Develop dashboards, models, and predictive insights
Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
Partner with business and product teams to enable data-led decisions
Innovation and Ventures
Run experiments, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
