Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day transactions related to inward/outward remittances, PDCs, deposits, loans, and clearing with precision
• Prioritize urgent and high-value transactions for timely processing before cut-off times
• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, SLA timelines, and compliance standards
• Ensure proper reconciliation of suspense accounts and perform daily reconciliations per SOPs
• Monitor and process transactions in accordance with Risk Management Unit (RMU) guidelines
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system/process changes across the bank
• Handle queries from internal departments and correspondent banks efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to service quality by maintaining confidentiality and providing 24x7 support for VVIP clients
• Manage safe custody and archiving of all documents, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Provide feedback for operational process improvements and risk mitigation
• Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports for management and audit teams

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in cash management or transaction processing
• Knowledge of remittance products, clearing, and core banking systems
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk frameworks
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude
• Proven ability to manage documentation and maintain data confidentiality
